WHO TO CONTACT TO REGISTER TO GO TO GALVESTON

Steve Pearson will be coordinating this trip. E-mail or call Steve Pearson, Team Leader at (512) 280-8901 or Email if you would like to participate in this trip.

As soon as we have the beds built, I will announce when we will leave to take them to Galveston. Hopefully it will between March 9-13, 2009

We have approximately 4 volunteers from Churches so far. Calling all sources for an additional 8-10 more volunteers. Mark Lewis, EFCA Crisis Response Director in Galveston says that after we assemble the beds in the Volunteer Center, we will have a place to sleep. There are restroom facilities??. We suggest you bring a sleeping back and/or air mattress if you are a softee like me.

Please Leave your Home Church in time to arrive at the Galveston Bible Church by 4:00 PM March (TBD), 2009 and by 8:00 AM morning thereafter - we will have long days ahead of us!

FUEL

NOTE: Mark Lewis advises that its cheaper to buy fuel in League City than on the Island. Call Arnold at 717-729-0355 to find best source.
